Happy Body Pilates offers a variety of classes to meet your movement and schedule preferences. We offer packages of classes and monthly memberships to attend classes.

Fundamental

A slower-paced reformer class focused on alignment, breath, and core strength. We’ll concentrate on foundational movement patterns and learning the reformer so you feel confident and supported while building strength, stability, and body awareness. Clear cues, hands-on guidance if welcomed, and plenty of options. A confidence-building introduction to reformer Pilates.

Strong & Steady

A supportive reformer class designed to build strength, improve balance, and support long-term health. Perfect for those 55+ or anyone looking for a more mindful, guided approach to Pilates.

Unwind

A supportive reformer class designed for pregnancy and postpartum bodies. Intermediate

Athletic

Athletic Reformer incorporates faster transitions, heavier spring work, and functional movement patterns to support an active lifestyle. Ideal for those looking to sweat, build resilience, and feel strong in their bodies — no matter your sport.

Cardio

An energizing, heart-pumping reformer class that blends strength and cardiovascular conditioning using the jump board. Pilates Party

Pilates Party is a private reformer class designed for celebrating: perfect for bachelorettes, birthdays, Galentine’s, happy hours, or just a fun get-together with friends. This feel-good class blends strength, balance, and flow with plenty of laughs and positive energy. No Pilates experience needed, modifications are offered for every body so everyone feels confident and included. Come move, connect, and celebrate together in the most Happy Body way.

Cost $215 for an hour class plus 30 minutes hang out before or after (table provided to set up food or drink).

Private Sessions

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions tailored to your individual goals, offering personalized attention and customized programming. Ideal for injury rehab, specific goals, or deep individual attention.

Semi-Private Sessions

A small-group experience for 2 to 3 people offering more individualized attention than a group class at a lower cost than privates. Pricing per person.
